Musee De L'Armee

Excellent Museum - great exhibits on Medieval and Renaissance arms and amour. Predictably very strong on  Napoleon. Very even handed too - pulled no punches on the disastrous 1812 Russian campaign  and rightly highlighted brilliance Italian campaigns early on and results like Austerlitz. Building is also a spectacular back-drop. Tomb of Napoleon worth a detour. What would it have ended up like if he'd won?
